Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) is seeking a Lead ERP Engineer to join the Information Technology team in Dallas. You will lead Workday configuration, integrations, and enhancements, partnering with cross‑functional squads to drive reliable ERP solutions.

The role requires hands‑on Workday expertise, strong problem solving, and a track record of delivering enterprise-grade configurations and integrations with a focus on data integrity and security.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years IT experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP, HRIS, financial reporting systems.
4+ years of experience with Workday Integrations - Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, O4I preferred.
Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and improve Workday configuration and integrations to other applications using specialized development tools.
Complete requests from start to finish - gathering requirements, testing, publishing to production, and support.
Provide technical solutions on configuration and new functionality related to Workday.
Lead validation of vendor patches and/or upgrades to the environment.
