Job summary

Qualizeal is seeking a Workday Enterprise Architect to lead strategic, end-to-end Workday implementations from a remote, long-term contract. This executive role influences Payroll, HR, and Finance leadership and collaborates with steering committees to set future-state strategy.

The candidate will govern architecture standards, security, data and reporting architectures, and vendor engagements. Strong leadership and communications are required to drive accountability in a high-visibility

The is seeking a highly strategic Workday Enterprise Architect who has successfully led multiple end-to-end Workday implementations and serves as the ultimate authority for Workday architecture, design standards, governance, scalability, security, and future-state strategy. This consultant is expected to operate at the executive level and influence Payroll Leadership, HR Leadership, Finance Leadership, and executive steering committees.
