Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Workday Enterprise Architect to provide strategic and technical leadership across the Workday ecosystem and broader enterprise applications environment.

The role will define scalable architecture, lead integrations and data strategy, and partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to drive enterprise technology initiatives from current-state assessment through implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, systems architecture, or related technology roles
• Strong Workday experience across HCM, Benefits, integrations, security, and enterprise data

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and strategy for Workday and connected enterprise applications.
• Design and oversee integrations, data flows, and system connectivity.
• Partner with HR, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and IT to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Establish architectural standards for scalability, security, data integrity, and performance.
• Lead Workday releases, changes, testing, deployments, and platform optimization.
• Assess current-state architecture, define future-state solutions, and implement plans.
• Provide architectural guidance across the broader enterprise applications landscape.

Job Summary:

Our client has retained us to identify an experienced Workday Enterprise Architect to provide strategic and technical leadership across the Workday ecosystem and broader enterprise applications environment. This role will define scalable architecture, lead integrations and data strategy, partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT stakeholders, and drive enterprise technology initiatives from current-state assessment through implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, systems architecture, or related technology roles
• Strong Workday experience across HCM, Benefits, integrations, security, and enterprise data
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs, middleware, and related integration technologies
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data governance, security, and application lifecycle management
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and technology roadmaps
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, vendors, and enterprise technology initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with both technical and business audiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across the broader enterprise applications environment
