Job summary

Brilliant® is seeking a Workday Applications Engineer to join its enterprise applications team in the United States. You will own key Workday initiatives across Procurement, Security, HR, Finance, and Payroll while guiding future directions of the Workday environment.

In this role you will lead enhancements, support integrations, and work with business stakeholders to enhance processes across departments and deliver meaningful analytics and reports.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong experience with Workday Security, including security groups and access management.
• Experience supporting Workday Procurement, Purchasing, Finance, or HR functions.
• Workday integration experience, including troubleshooting and administration.
• Demonstrated track record of owning systems, projects, or major platform enhancements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Workday certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance Workday Procurement, Purchasing, and Security functionality.
• Configure and maintain Workday security groups, role assignments, and access controls.
• Support Workday integrations, including payroll, benefits, vendor, and financial system connections.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Purchasing, and IT teams to optimize business processes.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Monitor Workday releases, perform testing, and recommend new functionality.
• Troubleshoot application issues and drive continuous platform improvements.
• Create technical documentation, user training materials, and process guides.
• Participate in enterprise projects and take ownership of system enhancements from planning through execution.
