Job summary

Huron is seeking a Workday Endowments Manager to lead the strategic oversight, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Workday Endowments solution. You will align endowment accounting, fund management, and reporting with organizational goals, while mentoring the engagement team.

The role partners with Finance, Advancement, Treasury, and IT to define requirements, configure funds, and drive system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of Workday Financials experience.
• Strong expertise with Workday Endowments, Grants, Revenue, or related financial modules.
• Workday Financials certification preferred.
• Experience leading system implementations, enhancements, or support teams.
• Knowledge of endowment accounting, fund restrictions, spending policies and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and optimization of Workday Endowments and related Workday Financials modules.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Advancement, Treasury, and IT stakeholders to define business requirements.
• Configure and maintain endowment funds, spending rules, reporting structures, and workflows.
• Manage Workday release reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics supporting endowment performance and compliance.
• Oversee integrations between Workday and external financial or donor-management systems.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to organizational policies.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to end users.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and recommend system enhancements.

Position Summary

The estimated base salary for this job is $145,000 - $170,000. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $159,500 - $204,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
