Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Workday Endowments Manager to oversee endowment accounting, fund management, reporting, and related financial processes.

You will align with organizational policies and drive continuous improvement across Workday Endowments and Financials modules. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Advancement, Treasury, and IT stakeholders to define business requirements and lead system implementations, enhancements, or support teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of Workday Financials experience.
  • Strong expertise with Workday Endowments, Grants, Revenue, or related financial modules.
  • Workday Financials certification preferred.
  • Experience leading system implementations, enhancements, or support teams.
  • Knowledge of endowment accounting, fund restrictions, spending policies, and financial reporting.
  • Travel when requested by the client.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Workday Endowments Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Workday Endowments solution. This role serves as the functional lead for endowment accounting, fund management, reporting, and related financial processes, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The estimated base salary for this job is $145,000 - $170,000. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $159,500 - $204,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
