Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced Workday Benefits, Recruiting, and Integration Consultant. You will design, develop, and support complex configurations to ensure seamless HR processes and effective integrations across Workday modules.

The role requires hands-on Studio expertise, strong integration skills, and deep knowledge of security domains and authentication policies to support end-to-end Workday implementations and post-production needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Workday Benefits and Recruiting modules
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio
• Experience with Workday Integrations and Configuration
• Proficiency with XML, XSLT, JSON
• Experience with SOAP & REST Web Services
• Familiarity with ISU security domains and authentication policies
• Solid understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
• Experience supporting end-to-end Workday implementations or post-production support

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Benefits and Recruiting functional configurations to ensure seamless end-to-end HR processes.
• Configure and optimize Workday integrations and business processes across modules.
• Provide ongoing support for Workday implementations and post-production environments.
