Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Orlando is seeking an experienced Workday Core HCM Functional Consultant to support a healthcare client post-go-live. This role involves owning Core HCM configuration and collaborating with business stakeholders. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of hands-on Workday experience, preferably with a consulting background. This long-term position requires onsite work 3 days a week and offers opportunities for extensions and further enhancements in Workday, contributing to a major healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with post–go-live Workday configurations.
• Strong communication skills are necessary.
• Prior consulting or Systems Integration experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own post–go-live Workday Core HCM configuration.
• Serve as the Core HCM functional SME.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements.
