Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting is seeking an HRIS specialist to independently deliver HRIS module configurations, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

You will gather requirements, configure modules, perform data migrations, run demos and UAT, provide training, and support post-go-live while meeting SLAs. A Workday Core HCM certification and 2–4 years of HRIS experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Workday Core HCM Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements; support data migration.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs and process client feedback.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training and prepare BRDs, training materials, and project docs.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues and implement minor enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
