Bain & Company is seeking a Coordinator, Americas HR Operations, for a 6-month contract role focused on HRIS and Workday administration. The position supports offices across the Americas, with a hybrid model requiring in-office presence at least 2 days per week in Mexico City.
You will own HR activities for assigned offices, collaborating with HR, Recruiting, and program management teams while delivering accurate data and timely reporting to stakeholders.
You'll join our Americas HR Operations team, based in Dallas and Mexico City and part of our globally connected HR Operations function. The team supports scalable HR operations for Bain offices across the Americas, with a focus on process standardization and centralization to support Bain's continued growth and maintain our position as a great place to work.
You'll work closely with HR and Program Management teams, Recruiting teams, and employees across the offices you support. Because many of these relationships will be remote, you'll have the opportunity to build strong partnerships across locations while delivering a high level of service.

You'll work independently while collaborating with colleagues across the Americas and will use multiple Bain systems and applications in your day-to-day work. Your responsibilities will primarily focus on HRIS administration and may support areas across HR Operations based on the needs of the offices you support.
