Job summary

You will partner with stakeholders to capture requirements, develop proof-of-concept configurations, document processes, and drive planning, testing, and delivery to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration.
• Knowledge of business requirements documentation and end-to-end testing processes.
• Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a collaborative team delivering scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and design of automated merit increase enhancements within Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation).

Pay Range: 54 - 56/hr

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Workday Compensation Consultant to join their team. As a Workday Compensation Consultant, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting Compensation and Advanced Compensation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
