Accenture is seeking a Workday Data Lead in Nashville to drive the data workstream on a complex Workday implementation. You will research and resolve data issues, design and update data configurations, and support data processes across Workday modules.

You will coordinate with onshore and offshore teams, advise clients on best practices, and ensure data solutions align with governance and regulatory requirements.

• Workday Partner Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on Workday Data conversion experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Data Operations + ETL including Informatica, SAS, Clover or Pentaho, XML, & MYSQL/SQL experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year of work experience.

Workday Data Lead

As a Workday Data Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:

• Lead or support the Data workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
• Researching and resolving day to day Workday Data issues
• Work with client to support the new requirements for Data in Workday
• Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes
• Provide support for regular and special Data processes in Workday
• Provide support for Data activities like posting, bank transfer and paychecks in Workday
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday
• Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday
• Manage small on andoff-shorefunctional teams
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
• Architect Workday Data solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design optionsthrough the use ofprototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenturemethodologies.
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
• Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets

Hybrid role

In Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office. Will consider qualified candidates in Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX.

Here’s what you need

• Workday Partner Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on Workday Data conversion experience
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Data Operations + ETL including Informatica, SAS, Clover or Pentaho, XML, & MYSQL/SQL experience

Bonus points if you have

• 4 years of Data Conversion experience
• Keen understanding and demonstration of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Demonstrated experience in Reporting/Analytics
• Referenceable consulting-based leadership experience on specialized projects with deep, overall knowledge of information systems Referenceable experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent)and PowerPoint

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
