Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Data Lead for a hybrid role based in Nashville, TN, with up to 3 days in the office. You will lead and support the Data workstream on Workday implementations, manage large global engagements, and drive data configurations and reporting.

Strong client management and cross-functional collaboration are essential. The role requires Workday Partner Certification, 3+ years in a Lead consulting capacity, and hands-on Workday Data conversion experience, plus expertise in

• 3+ years US/global Data Operations + ETL (Informatica, SAS, Clover or Pentaho, XML, MySQL/SQL).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

• Support Year-end reporting and related activities in Workday.

As a Workday Data Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:

• Lead or support the Data workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
• Researching and resolving day to day Workday Data issues
• Work with client to support the new requirements for Data in Workday
• Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes
• Provide support for regular and special Data processes in Workday
• Provide support for Data activities like posting, bank transfer and paychecks in Workday
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday
• Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday
• Manage small on andoff-shorefunctional teams
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
• Architect Workday Data solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design optionsthrough the use ofprototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenturemethodologies.
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
• Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets

This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office. Will consider qualified candidates in Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX.

Here’s what you need:

• Workday Partner Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on Workday Data conversion experience
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Data Operations + ETL including Informatica, SAS, Clover or Pentaho, XML, & MYSQL/SQL experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year of work experience.

Bonus points if you have:

• 4 years of Data Conversion experience
• Keen understanding and demonstration of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Demonstrated experience in Reporting/Analytics
• Referenceable consulting-based leadership experience on specialized projects with deep, overall knowledge of information systems
  Referenceable experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent)and PowerPoint
