Job Responsibilities:
Architectural Leadership: Lead the architecture design and strategy for Workday solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with overall IT strategy.
Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable and efficient Workday solutions, including HCM, Finance, Payroll, and other modules.
Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation of Workday modules, ensuring best practices are followed, and timelines and budgets are adhered to.
Integration Management: Design and manage the integration of Workday with other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency, security, and reliability.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership in Workday configuration, customization, and optimization, leveraging deep knowledge of Workday's tools and capabilities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure Workday solutions meet the needs of all stakeholders.
Project Management: Lead Workday-related projects, including upgrades, new module implementations, and process improvements, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features and enhancements, proactively recommending improvements to existing solutions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Workday Certified Professional) is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Workday implementation, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or leadership role.
Technical Skills:
