We are seeking a dedicated Senior Workday Analystwith a focus on Recruitment and Learning to join our HR Technology team!

This role is crucial in delivering end-to-end HR technology solutions and optimizing Human Resources processes to align with our strategic goals. This position performs analysis of the daily use and administration of all Human Resources technology. Assists in the development, implementation, communication, maintenance and administration of HR applications programs and processes.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Workday subject matter expert forRecruiting and Learningmodules.

  • Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements and new features.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent & Learning, and HR teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support recruitment and learning initiatives.

  • Monitor Workday releases and recommend relevant updates or improvements.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field

  • 4 years of experience in human resource technology or related work.

  • Experience with HR platforms and technology and driving innovation.

  • Proven ability to configure Workday business processes

  • You have a strong track record of successfully partnering with stakeholders and recommending enhancements

  • Skilled at Business Partnership, Advising, & Consulting

  • Location: Based in La Crosse, WI; Remote eligible position for residents of WI, MN, and IA. Position will require occasional needs to work onsite.
