MUSC Health is seeking a Workday Analyst II to evaluate, design, and implement solutions that enhance the Finance Module within the Workday platform. The role involves system evaluation and analysis to drive operational improvements within the Finance vertical, requiring collaboration with customers and technical staff to address business problems.

The ideal candidate has experience across Procure to Pay, Finance, Payroll, HR, or IT, and a track record in Workday sustainment and configuration.

Qualificações

• 2+ years business operations experience in Procure to Pay, Finance, Payroll, HR, or Information Technology role.
• Minimum of 1 year of WorkDay sustainment, support, configuration, and implementation experience.
• Degree in information systems, finance, HR, accounting, or related field.
• Workday certified or implementation certified from a WD Partner is preferred; or a willingness to attain within 12 months of hire.
• Minimum of 1 year background in identifying, designing, testing, and deploying business operations processes, procedures, and best practices.

The candidate should have functional understanding of operational and technical aspects within their area of expertise to independently and effectively, design, troubleshoot and resolve reported system issues. This role must effectively collaborate with customers, peers, technical, and operations staff to assist with solving business problems.

Required Education/Skills/Work Experience

2+ years business operations experience in Procure to Pay, Finance, Payroll, HR, or Information Technology role.
