Job summary

Geode Health, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join our HR Technology team and act as a Workday administrator. You will partner with Finance, People, and Payroll to maintain system functionality and ensure data integrity across the Workday ecosystem.

You will configure Workday modules, build reports, and support updates and integrations to enable scalable processes and efficient operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting HRIS/ERP systems, including 1+ years of hands-on Workday configuration.
• Experience configuring one or more Workday modules.
• Working knowledge of both Workday Financials and Workday HCM is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with reporting and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional administrator for Workday Financials and HCM modules.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Payroll stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, and controls.
• Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for Finance and HR stakeholders.
• Support Workday releases and integrations with other systems.

This role will serve as a Workday administrator, partnering closely with Finance, People, and Payroll teams to maintain system functionality, optimize business processes, and ensure data integrity. You will play a key role in supporting and evolving our Workday ecosystem.**Job Responsibilities:*** Serve as the functional administrator for Workday Financials and HCM modules, including Core Financials, Expenses, Planning, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, Learning, Prism, and Reporting.* Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Payroll stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.* Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, and system controls.* Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for Finance and HR stakeholders.* Support Workday releases by testing new functionality, assessing business impact, and implementing approved enhancements.* Support inbound and outbound integrations with downstream systems and third-party vendors.* Provide day-to-day Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, including issue triage, end-user training, and documentation.* Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual work.**Qualifications:*** 3+ years of experience supporting HRIS/ERP systems, including 1+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.* Experience supporting or configuring one or more Workday modules.* Working knowledge of both Workday Financials and Workday HCM is preferred.* Strong analytical mindset with reporting and Excel skills.* Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving abilities.* Excellent communication skills with a customer first mindset.**Estimated earnings:**$105,000.00-$115,000.00### About Us**Come join our rapidly growing team!**We are on a mission to empower our patients to live healthier, more rewarding lives through accessible, affordable and effective mental healthcare tailored to their needs.
