Professional Case Management is seeking a Workday System Administrator in Georgia to lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Workday within the PCM stack. You will work with HR, IS, and PMO to design workflows, security, and reporting to optimize human resources processes.

The role emphasizes technical expertise in Workday, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills to support a broad user base and ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or Mathematics.
• Experience with Workday implementation and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of Workday as a core system.
• Develop and test Workday configurations, business processes, and security roles.
• Create custom reports and assist in data migration and integrations.
• Coordinate with HR, IS, PMO to align requirements and deliverables.
• Provide status updates and assist with system enhancements and upgrades.
