Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Manager to lead and deliver enterprise software implementations, focusing on Workday Adaptive Planning and related Adaptive solutions.

You will guide projects, mentor staff, and maintain client relationships while driving strategic growth and transformation initiatives. The role requires 5+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or Adaptive Insights, strong requirements analysis, and a track record in leading teams through complex deployments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred: Active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive) and experience with TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shape and deliver technology solutions for enterprise software products.
  • Lead medium to large scale Adaptive Planning implementation projects.
  • Mentor junior staff on the engagement team and provide coaching.
  • Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet client goals.

The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $164,000 - $204,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
