Job summary

Hunt Companies is seeking an Accounting Operations and Transformation Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and maintain training for Workday and related systems, translating complex accounting processes into practical materials for end users.

You will develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training, partner with subject matter experts, and drive system adoption, process standardization, and controls readiness across accounting and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience developing and delivering training for enterprise systems.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as Workday, Oracle, EnterpriseOne.
• CPA with Big 4 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training for accounting systems and processes.
• Creates training materials including guides, SOPs, job aids, and quick-reference documents.
• Translates policies and system configurations into clear learner content for varied audiences.
• Partners with SMEs to document end-to-end workflows, controls, and approvals.
• Supports system upgrades and readiness materials and assess training effectiveness.
• Facilitates onboarding and refresher training for accounting and finance teams.
• Promotes standardized workflows and adherence to internal controls.
