Job summary

YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking part-time staff to greet members, introduce them to staff and connect them to programs, trainers, and classes that help achieve goals.

The role involves keeping the fitness floor tidy, providing basic administrative support, and following established YMCA policies. Prior experience with youth and current First Aid/CPR certifications are required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable, self-motivated and committed to being a positive role model for youth.
• Experience working with children and an understanding of childhood development is preferred.
• Current ARC/YMCA First Aid, CPR and Blood Borne Pathogens within 30 days of being hired.

This is an outstanding opportunity for those interested in wellness and fitness fields to learn and grow professionally with our program director serving as a mentor.
