You will help to support your clients' safety and training goals while leading them in appropriate activities. As a YMCA staff member, you'll provide excellent service to members in a positive environment that promotes wellness and engagement. We have 3 levels of qualifications with ascending pay ranges and offer a +10% differential for bilingual staff (Spanish and English). **Responsibilities:*** Develop, implement and instruct a variety of personal training and small group training sessions for members.
