Bridgewater State University invites applications for a Title Work Study Think Tank Lab Tech role in the BSU Think Tank on campus. You will learn to operate Maker Space technologies including 3D printers, microcontrollers, robots, small electronics, and prototyping machines, dedicating at least 10 hours weekly.
After training, duties include mentoring peers, staffing the Maker Space, and co-leading workshops. Requires BSU undergrad status with Work Study award; hourly rate $16.00.

Title Work Study Think Tank Lab Tech
The BSU Think Tank at Bridgewater State University is an on-campus makerspace and innovation hub. It provides students, faculty, and the local community with access to advanced technologies, tools, collaborative workspace, and educational programming.
The student selected in this role will learn how to use and operate Maker Space technologies including 3D printers, microcontrollers, robots, small electronics, and prototyping machines. You will be expected to work for at least 10 hours a week during the academic year. After completing an intensive learning period, duties will include:
Able to occasionally move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
