Role Overview: Tops Peer Influencers are dedicated student leaders committed to promoting health and well-being among their peers at Tri-C. These student leaders will be trained and certified through the Mental Health First Aid [MHFA] which will play a crucial role in guiding students towards resources and support while facilitating activities that enhance health awareness and holistic well-being. This position is supported by the Division of Student Experience and housed in the Campus Counseling Centers. The role reports directly to the campus Counseling Managers and Assistant Deans of Counseling with an emphasis on leadership, education, and positive impact, but does not involve providing medical or mental health counseling.
