Job summary

College of Southern Nevada is seeking a College Work Study student for Fall 2026 in the Financial Aid department at the West Charleston Campus. The position supports the Office of Student Government and Leadership Development by providing courteous customer service at the Student Union main office.

Responsibilities include answering calls, handling voicemails, filing, data entry, mail processing, and assisting during campus events. Up to 20 hours per week at an hourly rate of $14.00.

Responsibilities

• Answering and transferring calls on multi-line phone.
• Retrieving and responding to voicemails.
• Filing and scanning paperwork, data entry, and archiving files.
• Receiving and processing incoming mail.
• Refilling paper forms at employee stations and spinning racks.
• Assisting walk-in students on occasion.
