College of Southern Nevada (CSN) is seeking a CSN College Work Study student for the Financial Aid office at the West Charleston campus. The role offers up to 20 hours per week with a pay rate of $14.00 per hour, starting Fall 2026.

Primary duties include photocopying, filing, data entry, mail distribution, and basic office tasks under supervision. Eligible students must meet FAFSA and credit requirements, and be enrolled in qualifying programs.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled and eligible for CSN student employment with a financial aid major.
• Follow directions, communicate well, and maintain punctuality.
• Able to perform data entry and basic clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Making photocopies
• Scanning/Filing paperwork, data entry, and archiving old files
• Printing and stocking forms & handouts
• Assist with office supply inventory
• Distribute mail or other paperwork to appropriate parties
• Emailing, faxing, or mailing
• Additional duties as assigned
