Purpose

To assist the office manager as needed with Clinic Duties

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain patients' health records
• Greet and assist patients with initial paperwork
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Answer patient questions and ensure quality customer service
• Ensure compliance with procedures
• Answer phones (low volume incoming calls)

A simple and stress free job in a quiet environment. More than 50% of the time, students will have free time to study/work on other school related tasks.

Days Needed

Monday-Friday. Can work with school schedules.
