Mercer University is seeking a Work Study Assistant to support the Institute at Mercer University, reporting to Dr. Thomas. This part-time, on-campus position (Knight Hall) offers 10 hours weekly and pay up to $12/hour.
Start: 2026-08-20; End: 2027-05-12. Responsibilities include planning and supporting events, designing promotional materials, managing our social media, and performing routine administrative tasks such as mailings, copies, updating the database, and organizing files.

The Association for Core Texts and Courses is an independent academic non-profit corporation dedicated to promoting and supporting the teaching of core texts throughout the world. We have a Liberal Arts Institute on Mercer’s campus where we both run the business of the corporation and organize programs and events on Mercer’s campus, throughout the United States, and internationally.
The Institute seeks an Intern to provide marketing, organizational, and clerical support for ACTC and its Executive Director, Prof. Charlotte Thomas.
