Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 2 years teaching experience or 8 years combined education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge and experience working with developmentally disabled individuals.

Responsibilities

• Implement work readiness training and soft skills curriculum.
• Conduct evaluations and intake individuals into the program.
• Coordinate eligibility for support services and provide case management.
