Repowered is seeking a hands-on team member to support electronics sorting and warehouse operations. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for skills-based pay increases as training progresses.
The position offers full benefits, PTO, paid holidays, and a 40-hour work week with occasional evenings or weekends. Core hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
This position will provide manufacturing knowledge and excellence to deliver a safe and impactful operation. Success in this position will require quality assurance, dismantling and proper sorting of electronics, safe operation in a warehouse setting, and basic computer knowledge and usage. Additional skills training may include forklift certification, Successful Strategies in the Workforce, Financial Literacy, Entrepreneur Training, and introduction to community organizations and fair chance employers.
