Repowered in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Technician to provide manufacturing knowledge and uphold safety, quality, and efficiency in daily operations. You will learn to sort electronics, track weights, and ensure proper material routing, while maintaining a clean, organized work area.
The role offers full-time hours, a pay rate of $16.47/hour with opportunities for raises through skills training, comprehensive benefits, PTO, paid holidays, and a company-matched retirement plan.
This position will provide manufacturing knowledge and excellence to deliver a safe and impactful operation. Success in this position will require quality assurance, dismantling and proper sorting of electronics, safe operation in a warehouse setting, and basic computer knowledge and usage. Additional skills training may include forklift certification, Successful Strategies in the Workforce, Financial Literacy, Entrepreneur Training, and introduction to community organizations and fair chance employers.
