Responsibilities

• Assist with customer requests.
• Review and processing of work orders in accordance with Easy Ice SOP, based on tech notes and pictures.
• Create and distribute Preventive Maintenance work orders to service partners.
• Review Preventive Maintenance invoices.
• Reschedule Preventive Maintenance work orders as needed.
• Monitor adherence to Maintenance Plan schedule.
• Continuously increase technical knowledge.
• Maintain customer and service provider contact lists.
• Escalate any work orders needing attention or service needs.
• Update and clean up customer information within Salesforce.
• Back-office administration and paperwork.
• Other duties as required.

In this role, the Work Order Specialist is responsible for providing timely and accurate review and documentation of work orders received from our service providers. Ongoing technical training will be delivered by the Technical Services Board to ensure work order review captures any work orders not in compliance with Easy Ice SOP expectations.
