Job summary

Easy Ice, a national provider of all-inclusive commercial ice machine subscriptions, is hiring a Work Order Specialist in Orlando, FL. You will review service work orders, assist customers, and ensure accurate documentation in our SOP-driven process.

This role supports preventive maintenance scheduling and data upkeep within Salesforce. You will join a team that values development, reliability, and high service standards while operating in a climate-controlled office environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years Customer Service or equivalent experience preferred
• Intermediate level of technical aptitude required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Detail oriented with high accuracy
• Team oriented and collaborative mindset
• Able to work in a climate‑controlled environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer requests and inquiries
• Review and process work orders in compliance with SOPs
• Create and distribute Preventive Maintenance work orders
• Review Preventive Maintenance invoices
• Reschedule maintenance work orders as needed
• Monitor adherence to Maintenance Plan schedule
• Maintain customer and service provider contact lists
• Update Salesforce with customer information
• Back-office administration and paperwork
• Escalate issues needing additional attention or service

Easy Ice continues to grow and seeks a bright, highly motivatedWork Order Specialistto join their team in theOrlandomarket. In this role, the Work Order Specialist is responsible for providing timely and accurate review and documentation of work orders received from our service providers. Ongoing technical training will be delivered by the Technical Services Board to ensure work order review captures any work orders not in compliance with Easy Ice SOP expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with customer requests
• Review and processing of work orders, In compliance with Easy Ice technical SOP, based on tech notes and pictures
• Create and distribute Preventive Maintenance work orders to service partners
• Review Preventive Maintenance invoices
• Reschedule Preventive Maintenance work orders, as needed
• Monitor adherence to Maintenance Plan schedule
• Responsible to consistently increase technical knowledge
• Maintain customer and service provider contact lists
• Escalate any work orders needing additional attention or service needs
• Update and clean up customer information within Salesforce
• Back-office administration and paperwork
• Other duties and responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• 5 years Customer Service or equivalent experience preferred
• Intermediate level of technical aptitude
• Team oriented
• Detailed oriented and high level of accuracy delivered
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
• Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use
