Job summary

Easy Ice is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator in Marquette, MI to support the Service Delivery department with clerical tasks, documentation, and coordinating with 3rd party providers. This role emphasizes accurate communications and timely handling of work orders to ensure smooth service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in customer service, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across multiple departments in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage clerical and administrative needs for the Service Delivery department.
• Field incoming internal and external customer email communications.
• Field incoming 3rd party provider emails including problem solving any issue.
• Run 3rd party PM reports; communicate to the providers and follow up on past due PMs.
• Review 3rd party provider Work Order documentation for performance and any follow-up needed.
• Manage data and closing of Work orders.
• Build solid working relationships with all internal departments, 3rd Party providers and customers.
• Assist with the customer experience by providing effective and efficient customer follow up and communication.
• Maintain and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain positive office atmosphere/environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Easy Ice continues to grow and seeks a bright, highly motivated Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team in theMarquettemarket. In this role, The Service Delivery Admin position is responsible for maintaining and supporting the Service Delivery Department. Ensuring that the Service Delivery 3 rd party provider service standards are being met, documentation is maintained, and work orders are updated and communicated both internally and externally with the provider. The SD Admin is responsible for reviewing 3 rd party invoicing for accuracy and communicating constructively with any issues found. The Service Delivery Admin will have growth opportunities/additional responsibilities based on their technical development and performance.

• Must be able to commute to the office for on-site training and workdays, as needed

Schedule:

• Saturday - 10:00am - 6:30pm
• Sunday and Monday - 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Tuesday and Wednesday 10:00am - 6:30pm
