Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Work Order Management Expert, CMMS Operations to support a major pharmaceutical client in their cell therapy manufacturing team. You will own the weekly work management cycle end to end, from backlog review to scheduling and post-week performance checks, serving as the site SME for CMMS processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of CMMS experience, GMP exposure, and familiarity with Maximo, SAP, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly work management cycle end to end: backlog review, planning, scheduling, and daily execution.
• Act as site SME for maintenance work management and CMMS during audits and inspections.
• Create executable job plans with scope, task sequence, hours, tools, permits and GMP documentation requirements.
• Improve plans using feedback from execution and regulatory reviews.

This individual will own the weekly work management cycle end to end: backlog review, work identification, planning,scheduling, daily execution coordination, and post-week schedule compliance review. They will serve as the sitesubject matter expert for maintenance work management and CMMS process during internal audits,regulatory inspections, and quality investigations. Build and maintain job plans that are executable: scope, task sequence, craft hours, tools, permits,parts and kitting requirements, and GMP documentation requirements. Improve plans based on actualexecution feedback
