  • Support error resolution and close-out of construction work orders in the work management system.
  • Support the processing of invoices.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and support project documentation as needed.
  • Uphold confidentiality with sensitive company and employee information.
  • Continuously build job knowledge related to construction standards, prints, compatible units, and field operations.

Description

The Work Management Specialist I is responsible for supporting construction and maintenance operations by ensuring work is efficiently scheduled, tracked, and executed. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to coordinate with internal teams, field personnel, and external stakeholders. Operating within established standards and procedures, the Specialist ensures timely and accurate completion of administrative and work management tasks. This is a non-exempt position reporting to Contract Specialist Supervisor and potentially supporting multiple supervisors. Involves maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
