Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus; we can help you obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise individuals as they complete meaningful work tasks.
• Provide guidance in communication, social development, and cognitive skills.
• Help consumers meet production goals, while maintaining high quality.
• Observe progress on goals and provide feedback and support.
• Facilitate group and one-on-one learning sessions to help individuals grow.
• Ensure safe and timely transportation for consumers to and from the facility.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and daily transportation logs.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM

What You'll Do:

As a Work Instructor, you will:

• Support and supervise individuals as they complete meaningful work tasks.

• Help consumers meet production goals, while maintaining high standards for quality.
• Observe and track progress on individual goals, providing feedback and support.
• Facilitate group and one-on-one learning sessions, helping individuals grow and succeed in their personal and professional goals.

As a Driver, you will:

• Ensure the safe and timely transportation of consumers to and from the facility.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable vehicle for the safety and comfort of all passengers.
• Keep track of vehicle maintenance and daily transportation logs.

What We're Looking For:

• You’re 21 years or older.
• You have a valid Arkansas Driver's License.
• You can pass a background check and drug test.
• You have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in human services is a plus!
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, but we're happy to help you get it if you don't have it already.
