Job summary

Allsup, LLC in Nashville is seeking a Work Incentive Specialist to serve as the primary contact for employed beneficiaries in the Return to Work program. You will build positive relationships and deliver ongoing education about SSA Ticket-to-Work while managing calls and forms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience (HS Diploma or GED required)
• One (1) to two (2) years' customer service

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication and customer relations skills

About the role

• The Work Incentive Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for employed beneficiaries as it relates to Allsup Employment Services Return to Work program. The Work Incentive Specialist is responsible for building a positive relationship with the employed beneficiary.
