Key Responsibilities
Lead & Develop Your Team
  • Hire, train, and oversee a team of high-performing sales reps
  • Provide coaching, support, and motivation to drive success
  • Foster a positive, results-oriented team culture
Drive Sales & Performance
  • Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
  • Track team performance and provide data-driven coaching
  • Lead by example—engaging in sales activities and client interactions
Build & Maintain Client Relationships
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Assist team members in navigating client needs and objections
  • Drive retention and referrals through relationship-building
Training & Growth
  • Conduct regular training on sales techniques and industry updates
  • Keep your team informed about policy and regulatory changes

What We’re Looking For
