Responsibilities

  • **Team Leadership:** Lead a high-performing team of up to 10 remote insurance sales representatives. Set clear goals, motivate your team, and cultivate a positive, results-driven culture.
  • **Sales Strategy:** Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives. Focus on improving close ratios, increasing bundling numbers, and leveraging lead sources for maximum impact.
  • **Lead Management & Vendors:** Oversee lead flow and partnerships with lead vendors to ensure a steady pipeline of quality opportunities. Optimize lead distribution to maximize conversion.
  • **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor key performance metricsincluding individual and team sales performance, call quality, and conversion ratesto drive continuous improvement.
  • **Call Coaching & Quality Assurance:** Regularly review sales calls, provide constructive feedback, and implement coaching strategies to elevate communication skills and sales effectiveness.
  • **Training & Development:** Deliver ongoing training, support, and mentorship to your team. Foster professional growth and create a pathway to success for each sales representative.
  • **Client Engagement:** Build strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive long-term customer loyalty and boost retention.
  • **Market Analysis:** Stay ahead of industry trends, market shifts, and competitive positioning to ensure our product offerings remain compelling and relevant.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 35 years in insurance sales or management roles. Must have direct experience working with Allstate, Lead Manager, E-Agent, and sales team leadership.

Licensing: Current insurance license is required.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to lead by example and elevate performance.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Remote Readiness: Proven success in a fully remote work environment; must be self-motivated and well-organized.

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related technologies.

Customer Focus: Passion for building client relationships and improving customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Problem Solving: Strategic thinker with a track record of analyzing challenges and developing high-impact solutions.
