Your primary responsibility will be to proactively seek out and acquire new clients, understand their specific insurance needs, and offer tailored solutions. Building strong relationships will be key to facilitating business growth and enhancing our firm's reputation.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.
2. Contact potential clients and create rapport through networking, cold calling, referrals, etc.
3. Assess the needs and demands of clients to recommend suitable protection plans.
4. Gather client information on risk profiles to offer proper solutions.
5. Prepare reports on business success and activities.
6. Maintain awareness of transactions, sales, and relevant records.
7. Check insurance claims to build trust and safeguard reputation.
8. Continuously update industry knowledge and apply it in the field.
9. Fulfill all company policy obligations.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative.
• Good understanding of various insurance plans (auto, fire, life, property, medical, etc.).
• Ability to work with computers and interpret statistical data.
• Goal-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and building long-term relationships.
