Answer Financial, an Allstate company with over 25 years in the industry, is one of the largest personal lines insurance agencies nationwide. This role offers career growth, opportunity, and unlimited earning potential. We are 100% remote.

As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls, helping shoppers compare prices and purchase auto and home insurance.

Our training methods include self-study, coaching, eLearning, instructor-led sessions, on-the-job training, and computer-based learning.

  • You will earn a base salary, sales bonuses, and day-one health benefits.
  • Starting first-year earnings range from $48,000 to $55,000 with a rewarding compensation plan.
  • Earn a base hourly rate during training and pre-licensing programs.
  • We provide all necessary computer equipment, shipped overnight.
  • Inbound calls only – NO cold calling!

WHAT YOU PROVIDE:

  • Fluent bilingual skills in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).
  • If licensed, an active resident state P&C license in good standing and CE compliance.
  • If unlicensed, successful completion of pre-licensing courses and passing the state exam.
  • 1+ years inbound sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in a performance-driven call/contact center is a plus.
  • Ability to work full-time from home successfully.
  • Commitment to our 8-12 week paid training program; no time off during training.
  • Ability to obtain multiple state licenses and appointments.
  • Dedicated home office space, high-speed internet, and the necessary computer equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office, Teams, and other applications.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Pass background and credit checks.
  • Availability to work rotating weekends and non-standard hours; shift differentials may apply.

The compensation includes a base hourly rate of $21.00, a 10% bilingual differential, and sales bonuses. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, internet stipend, and more. Learn more at our benefits site.

*Property & Casualty license required. You are responsible for licensing costs and CE courses within 6 months of hire. Unlicensed candidates will complete pre-licensing and licensing exams. Certain states restrict hiring if unlicensed.

Technical requirements: High-speed internet is mandatory, with direct Ethernet connection required. Wireless or satellite internet is not supported.
