To be eligible, candidates must live within a 100-mile radius of one of the following zip codes (excluding CA) and report in person when required, with at least 24 hours' notice:

  • 23060 (Richmond, VA)
  • 23320 (Chesapeake, VA)
  • 33634 (Tampa, FL)
  • 89144 (Las Vegas, NV)
  • 75024 (Plano, TX)
  • 19801 (Wilmington, DE)

Compensation: $21 per hour

Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years customer service or call center experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years customer service or call center experience
  • 6+ months in the Financial Industry
Work from Home Technology Requirements
  • Secure, noise-free home office environment
  • Reliable private internet (Cable or Fiber), speeds of at least 5 Mbps (10+ Mbps preferred)
  • Both wired and WiFi connections acceptable if speed and security are met

Capital One reserves the right to verify internet service and modify requirements with notice. Candidates must live within the specified radius and in eligible states, excluding California.

Location Requirements

Must reside within 100 miles of specified zip codes and report in person as needed. Applications from outside these areas or in California are not considered. We do not sponsor employment authorization for this role.

Salary Range

Based on location, the annual salary ranges from $43,680, with specifics provided per city. Salaries are prorated for part-time roles.
