Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support people, equipment and processes within our Clayton, NC operations to meet business and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes collaboration with production and QA, adherence to GMP standards, and identifying opportunities for process improvements in a fast-paced pharmaceutical setting.

Ideal candidates will have an associate or technical degree and manufacturing experience, with a preference for GMP knowledge and strong

Qualifications

• GMP knowledge is preferred and beneficial.
• Experience with manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate with QA and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with production and QA to support deviation investigations, quick containments and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify process needs and improvement opportunities for routine to minimally complex matters.
• Perform process confirmations to ensure compliance and process improvements.
• Review BPRs as necessary.
• Follow safety and environmental requirements.
