Job summary

Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood is seeking a Technical Support Intern to assist with hardware and software maintenance and to resolve issues affecting daily operations. You will support software integration and troubleshoot common IT problems on-site.

The role requires basic IT knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work as part of a team, with occasional night/weekend shifts and travel for site visits and training.

Job Summary

• Technical Support Intern is to assist with the maintenance of computer hardware and software systems. Intern will aid in resolving technical issues concerning client’s daily operation or software infrastructure. A Technical Support Intern will also support computer software integration by diagnosing and troubleshooting common problems.
