Job summary

Softthink Solutions Inc seeks a WordPress Technical Lead to architect and deliver enterprise WordPress solutions. Lead the design and development of custom themes and plugins, and oversee API integrations, hosting coordination, and performance optimizations across the WordPress ecosystem.

You will mentor teams, guide deployments, and provide modernization recommendations, leveraging PHP, JavaScript, ACF, Gutenberg blocks, and modern hosting environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of WordPress development experience.
• Experience with custom themes, plugins, and enterprise WordPress environments.
• Experience supporting legacy WordPress implementations and migrations.
• Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL, and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead WordPress technical architecture and solution design.

Position Summary

Serves as the lead technical resource responsible for WordPress architecture, custom development, integrations, troubleshooting, modernization initiatives, platform maintenance, and technical oversight across ARC's WordPress ecosystem. Supports custom themes, plugins, API integrations, hosting coordination, performance optimization, and legacy system remediation.
