Qualifications

• Experience coordinating newsletters or recurring programs.
• Proficient with Asana or similar PM tool.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot routine web/content issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Build, update, and publish web pages, primarily in WordPress.
• Ensure content adheres to templates, brand standards, and guidelines.
• Apply UX and navigation best practices to enhance user experience.
• Review copy for clarity and grammar with writers.
• Troubleshoot routine issues and coordinate complex work with external partners.
• Serve as main liaison for external web agencies and track requests.
• Coordinate content across related websites and platforms.
• Maintain trackers, databases, and content libraries with accuracy.
• Manage resources like speaker bureaus, media tracking, and story banks.
• Organize information for stakeholders and ensure accessibility.
• Document progress, deadlines, and next steps in PM systems.
• Prepare content for newsletters, roundups, and recurring communications.
• Support monthly media, storytelling, and reporting efforts.
• Collaborate with writers and stakeholders to gather accurate content.
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Track projects, tasks, owners, dependencies, and deadlines in Asana.
• Flag blockers early to keep projects moving.
• Follow up with stakeholders to keep work progressing.
