Job description

Responsible for developing customizing maintaining and supporting WordPress based websites and blogs with a focus on performance security accessibility and scalable publishing workflows Works closely with content marketing and operations teams to enable reliable blog staging publishing and ongoing support

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Customize and extend existing themes and plugins
• Convert Figma PSDXD designs into responsive WordPress websites
• Optimize website performance speed and SEO
• Integrate third-party APls payment gateways and external systems
• Manage website security backups and updates
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across environments
• Manage deployments from local to staging to production
• Configure hosting environments and domain setups
• Maintain version control and follow proper release processes
• Monitor live environments and resolve production issues.

Deployment DevOps Requirements

• Experience with Git based workflows
• Ability to handle manual and automated deployments
• Experience working with staging and production environments
• Knowledge of CICD pipelines preferred
• Experience with hosting platforms Panel Plesk AWS Digital Ocean Cloud ways etc
• Database migration and environment configuration handling
