Main Responsibilities

• Develop and customize WordPress websites (themes, child themes, plugins).
• Manage integrations with external APIs and third-party services.
• Perform routine and extraordinary maintenance on existing websites.
• Ensure high performance (speed optimization, technical SEO, security).
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, compatibility issues, and technical problems.
• Implement layouts based on UX/UI mockups.
• Keep the WordPress environment up to date (core, themes, plugins).
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and coding standards.

Technical Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience in WordPress development, with a solid understanding of its ecosystem and internal workings.
• Experience in creating or customizing custom plugins and themes.
• Experience building single-page applications (Vue/React) based on WordPress.
• Experience developing Vue/React SPAs within a WordPress environment.
• Knowledge of version control tools (e.g. Git).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and MySQL database management.
• Familiarity with deployment tools, staging, and development environments.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred

Experience with WordPress Full Site Editing (FSE).
