Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York is seeking a Word Processing Operator to create, format, and revise legal documents and to support MS Office applications for a fast-paced legal environment.
The role requires 2–4 years in a center-based setting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information while meeting tight deadlines. Shift options include overnight schedules with weekend coverage.
The Word Processing Operator is responsible for creating, formatting, and revising documents, as well as retrieving text and data from electronic files. This role also provides user support for MS Office applications.
NY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 at the time of posting.
The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is non-exempt meaning that it is overtime pay eligible.
